Capturing Moments: Four Months of STUDIO H in Melbourne

Hey everyone! It feels like it’s been a while since I last posted an update. Can you believe it's already December? Time really does fly, doesn’t it?

It honestly feels like just yesterday I was scouting locations in the chilly Melbourne winter, planning to open a photo studio. I remember setting up the space, one piece of equipment at a time, dedicated to creating a spot that felt just right for my clients. Now, four months have somehow passed!

During this time, I’ve had the joy of meeting people from so many different countries, cultures, and languages. It's been an incredible learning experience. I feel like I'm finally starting to understand the best ways to connect with everyone who walks through the door, and how to set the perfect photographic direction to truly capture their happiest selves.

Looking back, I do feel a little regretful that the clients who came to STUDIO H right at the beginning didn't get the 'perfect' experience. But then again, those early interactions and the time spent with them are exactly what allowed the studio to grow and improve to where it is today. So, I want to say a huge thank you to every single person who trusted us at the start!

I know that the 'future me' will probably look back on this time and see countless imperfections. But right now, seeing the genuinely delighted and happy faces of my clients makes me feel so proud and grateful. It’s a constant reminder to stay grounded—to not get overly anxious or disheartened when things are tough, and definitely not to get complacent.

To everyone who has already visited and created memories with us, and to those who will stop by in the future—thank you, thank you, thank you!

Wishing you all a very happy holiday season and a fantastic, vibrant New Year! Cheers to a great 2026! 🥂
